Negative aspects of the product (cons):

I purchased my cocked hat from Clearwater and I couldn't be more satisfied. The fit and quality is excellent and the service was great.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Perfect fit! High Quality Product!
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Long wait and can only speak to someone on Fridays.

I purchased a cocked hat and when I finally got it, it was worth the wait.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Excellent quality & fit
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Hard to get ahold of at times

I have both their cocked (tricorn) and "longhunter" (round) hats. If you send them a tracing as they suggest, you get a custom fit. Excellent quality but you may have to wait - it's a "mom & pop" business.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Excellent materials, fit and finish. Well packaged shipment of hat.
Negative aspects of the product (cons): Numerous calls to confirm shipping date

Very well crafted, period correct hat made with quality materials. Well worth the extra wait for product arrival!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great customer service
Negative aspects of the product (cons): None that I can think of

I wanted a round hat with a cut-down brim as ordered during the Niagara campaign of 1759. The people at Clearwater worked very hard to get exactly the right look. I couldn't have been happier with the results.
