That's what my uncle used around Italy.. in bamboo w/ cork caps. I'm sure that idea had to be old.
I kinda want to try them.
He know this stuff well. He always talked about how he missed his muzzloader he left behind there.

Looking for a made one example..
You have to tie a string to each cork and tie that off to the bamboo or you loose the cork top s in the field.
Simple.. cut either side of the knot in the bamboo to make two hollow cavity. Fit the wine cork ends.
