Apologies, a little pic heavy. I Finished up my woodsrunner yesterday. This was my first time putting together a kit and I certainly picked the right time to do it. I'm sure I don't need to tell you, but Kibler has done a stellar job with this kit. I've seen other kits for sale online and they were a little more than I wanted to or felt comfortable taking on. There were minor hiccups along the way and there was some time consuming and tedious finishing work, but really it was like putting together a model (However I can do more than look at it on a shelf!). I followed Jim's videos, and asked some questions here and there but I took my time on it. I'm happy with the way it turned out. No pics in the sunlight, but its a nice golden brown in the sun.

Today was range day, and I just focused on putting rounds down range. I didn't make any sight adjustments or play with loads. Used 60 grains of Goex, .530 ball, and .18 pillow ticking with "moose milk". Seems to be grouping well, most of the error I'm sure was me. I haven't spent a lot of time at the range in a while. Las pic is 25 yards off the bench, 9 shots, I'm sure its going to be capable of much more once things get dialed in.

I would love to have a Woodsrunner and yours is a beauty. It's a real shooter too. Great job all around.

I don’t know why center fire guns are not stocked in curley maple. Beautiful look and a natural camouflage. Ruger is the only one i have seen use it and they were a pale white color.
Can you tell i like it?
