    Uberti Walker, Diameter & load?

Happy new years to you and yours as well! I made my own stand for my Walker. It makes for a much easier loading experience! I own quite a few modern guns and a few other black powder weapons.....nothing is as much fun as my walker!

    Uberti Walker, Diameter & load?

My set up is the same as Smokin with the exception that I use an even 55grains. The walker is simply an awsome gun!

    Traditions Pistol??

I purchased this pistol in a kit. With some fine tuning (which I enjoyed) it has become a very reliable shooter. Mine is solid and reliable. I have two traditions guns and both came with brittle crappy nipples that broke right away, those are easy and cheap to replace and I have had no other...

    Tradition Trapper Nipple

I am amazed that I keep hearing this! It must be every Traditions gun sold seemingly that has this problem! I have a traditions Hawken and a Kentuckey pistol. Busted the nipples on both within just a few shots! I replaced the nipples and have really enjoyed the guns ever sense.

    Limitations of Pydrodex

I recieved large ammount of pyrodex P and RS as a gift, so that is all I use. I use the Pyrodex P in my Colt Walker with CCI caps. Never have an issue. I use the Pyrodex RS in my .54 Hawken with musket caps, and have not had any problems there either. Once I shoot through my stock, I would...

    Caps

This has a lot to do with personal preferance and you will get many answers. I used CCI standard caps with no issues at all. I switched over to musket caps specifically because they are easier to handle. You can use a capper that will make handling the smaller caps easy, but for me it is just...
