    What Makes a "Better" Component?

To me reliability and customer service make up a quality product. Without one or other I am not buying.

    Gun Rebuilds for Veterans

In reality I gave $100 for the camo'd up Renegade (Yard Sale Find). However it also came with a bag and accessories, a half full horn of mystery powder, and the best part almost 700 RWS 1075 plus caps. I'd of bought it just for the caps itself.

    I have this barrel.🤔

Just curious why finding the right/original thread breach plug would matter. If its being cut into 3 pieces the OP can thread in any size he/she needs. This to me is a non-issue.

    Gun Rebuilds for Veterans

Its started as a 54 cal and had a stock barrel that the rifling was trashed in as it was shot and then left loaded by previous...

Then all you have to worry about is left to right. Your shooting the rifle one handed. This is what...

    Original Left Handed flintlock guns?

I bet if the gun maker was left handed - he made himself a left handed gun. This would only make sense.

    Favorite caliber to shoot

OK OK OK I changed my answer. My favorite one to shoot is one I shoot at a deer or rabbit whatever game on a very cold (like single digits) windless December day. 80 grains of 2f just lingers in the air forever making a huge smoke screen, This allows you to reload without fear of movement as...

    Disaster

This won't work in a ML'er but will in a modern shotgun. I had same issue with a double 12 ga (modern) I got that belonged to my grandfather. The right muzzle was smashed in similar to the original posters. I took it to my gun smith buddy and he literally handed me a 12 ga slug (standard...
