Howdy,

Has anyone used the house brand of bp that Graf and Sons sells? It's made by Wano and we bought some. Supposed to be cleaner than Goex. However, it seems to be much, and I mean much, harder to clean after a shooting session.

Has anyone had the same experience?

There have been a couple of recent threads about Graf's powder where folks have given their (broadly positive) reviews of their house brand powder. I just recently switched from T7 to Graf's BP. Of course it's more dirty than T7, but that's my only personal reference. I don't find it overly burdensome. Quick swab between seems to do the trick.

Here are the links, which may be helpful.

I have used it a lot, and I like it fine. It doesn't seem any dirtier than GOEX, or perhaps just a little? Considering the price difference when I bought it any extra cleaning was worth it.

What I noticed was that I get what seems to be a bit more crud when I swab between shots, than when I use GOEX. YET, with the GOEX, I would swab between shots, but need a double swab about every 4th or 5th shot, while with the Graf's I swab and shoot and swab and shoot..., so perhaps the Graf's powder is a bit softer with it's fouling, while with the GOEX I get less fouling out as maybe it's harder, hence the extra swab about every 5th shot? So Graf's looks dirtier, but in fact my in-between swab is actually cleaner since it pulls out more crud (and I'm using spit patch) ..., does that make sense?
