I’m afraid they missed the ”˜spirit’ of the event - like someone running out of the starting gate, trodding through beautiful VT woods and then arriving at their shooting station to fire at the targets. Also the comraderie of the participants or even showing the gear & arms used. Many of us participated in interviews of the clothes & sport and we even got the film crew loading & shooting muzzleloaders, but all that got cut out I guess ...
I was glad to see the President of the Manchester Club that hosts the shoot interviewed, as the proceeds from the event fund scholarships for youths to attend the VT Conservation Camp in the Summer. We need to RAISE that next generation!
Now that Danielle interviewed at the end, is an absolute hoot! If she doesn’t run/race the 2+ mile course 3-times a day, she’ll run it 4-times! And she’s a shooting machine to boot! You do not want to shoot against her ...
