Hey guys, my wife and I recently finished our latest video where I used my original 11ga double shotgun on a pheasant hunt. This shotgun may have some age on it, but it sure knows how to hammer the birds! Please check out the video when you get the chance.

Enjoy!!!

Enjoyed your video it is better when you get high birds ,may I suggest that you buy yourself a English powder flask that throws 2.1/2 drms to 3 drms of powder and a shot flask that throws 1.1/4 oz to 1.1/2 oz of shot, also get yourself a strong ramrod with a ball on the end , those that come with gun can easily break. .

The old guns are great to hunt with,I personally will use a older gun before a modern one. and often think if they could talk the stories you would here. Great video and keep up the traditions.AN APPLICHIAN HUNTER

I have 2 SxS 12 ga. muzzleloaders and have shot doves, ducks, coons, and squirrels with them. I have taken them turkey and hog hunting but have not scored yet.

Keep the faith. They certainly do work .. just slow to reload.

Good video. Thank you very much.

Consider the position of the gun when loading please. By putting it between your legs and the nipples pointing behind you clamp the gun with your legs. This way you have both arms free and the muzzle/muzzles are pointing away from your head.

I enjoyed your video. It reminds me of how much I miss pheasant hunting. A walk in the sun, a good dog and a bit of luck.
