Hey Dave,

I was there if it was the 250th anniversary! And man was it wet! I was in a rifle company on the winning side and didn't have to ground my weapon. But it rusted so badly overnight in my tent that I had to remove my rifle barrel when I got home and scrub the rust back down to its "normal" patina with one of those green scrub pads.

Was bummed that the opposition firing at Yorktown was 100's of yards distant and had to angle away from target. But was pretty cool to be on the embankments firing, then moving down to reload my rifle, and then poking my head up and firing again. And watching the British line firing as darkness engulfed us was pretty cool.
