If the photo shows up, it will be a 45 cal under hammer made from scratch by a good friend. He makes everything except the barrel which he does work over to his specifications. This is my pistol

Sorry I cannot help.

I like this forum for many reasons. Ease of posting photos is not one of them.

Spikebuck,

I only see one option after clicking on "share" and it is a hyperlink, that is what I used. Don't know if a Hyper is a BBcode. Also when I click on edit, I do not see any options for size. I changed the size before I uploaded to Flicker
Thanks

In Flickr left click on the photo that you want to share.

When the photo appears on your screen there will be 4 icons in the lower right hand corner.

Left click on the icon of an arrow that turns to the right.

A white box will pop up.
In the upper left corner it will say
"Share 1 photo to"

The line under that will say
Share Embed Email BBCode

Left click on BBCode
The url code for the photo you want to share will be highlighted in a box below the BBCode line.

Below the highlighted url code will be a line giving the photos size.
Left click on that line to change the photos size.

Now to share your photo, resize it if desired then
right click on the hightlighted url code.

A box will pop up.
Left click on copy, then paste the photo where you want.

Now you will have to remove part front and rear of the url code to only show the photo you want to show. I usually have to play with it to get it right.

Thanks for tying, but nothing has changed on Flicker, same as my post before you. I get only a hyperlink, nothing else, right or left clicking, & no sizing choices. No choice for a BBcode. Still dunno what to do

I think I may have figured out what you're doing.

Once you click on the little bent arrow you should see a pop-up screen with four options across the top, a link below that, and a dropdown to select size. The four options are SHARE, EMBED, EMAIL, and BBCODE.

Are you clicking SHARE on that first pop-up screen? If you are THAT'S your problem. You need to click on BBCODE on the first screen. Then select your picture size. Then copy the code and paste it into your post.

"four options are SHARE, EMBED, EMAIL, and BBCODE."

Hey thanks for the help I know what you are saying, is what I need to do. The problem seems to be that there are only two choices ........ "Share" and "Email
Now What?

Larry, when you are in your photostream, pick any picture and double click on it. Then page down to the information about the picture and look at the right hand side of the screen toward the bottom. Where it says "Viewing Privacy" what is across from that? Public? Private? Something else? If it's not public, click on the little down arrow next to whatever is there, then select public. Then see if you get the 4 options.

Yep, I went into the link way up in Mike G's post and can get the BBCODE as it appears SC-45 did.

Larry, I'm out of ideas. I've talked a quite a few folks here through what should be a very simple Flickr process and have never had anyone else that can't get to the BBCODE. Sorry.

I have one of these in .36 he does great work

Rod Olsen of Herman Nebraska has been a fellow muzzleloader and friend since the 70's. He just finished a full stock walnut flint "Hawken" 54 cal rifle for another ML who lives in western NE. It is a real beaut.
The under hammer pistol in the photo is 45 cal, and has made these for Track. All the parts are made by him except he starts with a hexagon barrel by others.
