Need help understanding pictured proof marks on a trade musket flintlock. Shows crown/BP 15 crown/BV. I presume that the 15 is the bore gauge. Would this be Belgium?

A picture is allways best but have not been able to post to this site. Have a good one sitting in my iPad.

The crown with block letters BP and BV are the Birmingham nitro powder proofs for 1904-1925...another variation of the same ran from 1925 to 1954. That's way late for a true trade gun with the possible exception of African trade prior to WWI.
