I am far more concerned about the taste of a particular dish and don't get too hung up with the contents. There are a few things I won't eat, but mostly because I tried them and they just didn't agree with me.

I'm not afraid of the idea of something as seems to happen to some. Heck, I cooked up some venison testicles just last week - braised them in olive oil, garlic and white wine and ate them on pieces of Baguette. They were delicious....

Got to feed something to the American tourists. :haha:

Yes! They have many McDonalds in Asia.

You are what you eat....

Tastes like Sh__T.......

Considering that the smell of hog manure never goes away....I can only imagine what one's breath would be like after eating one.......Mint anyone?

And here I was expecting some Monty Python.

Well,,,,, close enough.

So, they're "imported" by a U.S. company, for a market in the U.S. ????
American A-holes aren't good enough?

Not chittlings. Which are intestines, but draw the line at the southern end of the line. I won't eat chittlings (chitterlings) as the smell is awful when cooking. There used to be a restaurant in a nearby county that served chittlings on Tuesday, a small town and the scent permeated the town of Danielsville. But it was a sellout! People came from all over to eat the greasy things. I'm not an offal fan. But if you go to a dim sun restaurant, it might be right to ask if the dumplings have pork anuses in them.

I remember an episode of the Simpsons when the school cook was preparing a meal of meat that was marked 97% rectum free.

This reminds me of the Jack-in-the-box commercial where they were advertising burgers made from beef sirloin, not angus beef. Then he asked the question, what part of the beef is the angus?

Wouldn't these be "Chittlins"?....All sounds like sausage casings to me! :hmm:
Chittlins are the small intestines, rinsed and cooked. Sausage casings are made from intestines with much of the "meat" removed.

And we've all had them...if you ever had a hot dog then among the 'by products' used to make them are inverted pig rectums. In fact, Tyson's biggest outlet is their frank & sausage production. :haha:

I don't mind them when they are in a hotdog, mixed with all the eyes, lips, ears, innards, pink slime, etc......You can't even taste them....

Plus!.. Ketchup, mustard, relish and onion make everything taste good...I've bitten my own finger more than once liking that stuff off it... :haha:

Hmm. Two cave man see a chicken walk by. One says see that funny looking bird, I bet you can’t eat the next thing that falls out of its butt. Thus eggs were discovered.
So did the other, after eating the worlds first omelet then say. See that funny looking animal over there, pointing to a pig. “ I bet you can’t eat it’s.....the other answers ”˜I can if it’s pickled’

Stop at the diner in Smyrna Delaware in a couple months. All during the month of February, the special is Muskrat.

You betcha! Mostly found in east Texas, have managed a few through the years. My late wife was an Iowa girl and had some serious ideas about what was fit to eat. Did get her to try my Muskrat Jambalaya once and ended up having to share it! She drew the line at raccoon and fox though! :haha:

It's the same with all game...younger are more tender and older may need parboiling...beyond that, enjoy. My favorite is "What does muskrat taste like?". It's the same with muskrat, coon, fox, armadillo or possum...they taste like themselves, just as pork tastes like pork and beef tastes like beef! Only chicken tastes like chicken!! :haha:
