For decades, Parks & Son, previously Bingham & Parks, Wholesalers in Advance NC had served both dealers and gun clubs in NC and surrounding states. They offered both reloading components and black powder components. For the walk-in customer, Parks & Son offered GOEX black powder for less than $ 20 per pound, all the Hornady round ball sizes, and CCI percussion caps in all three sizes, #10, #11, & musket.

As of November 30th, operations have ceased, and all of its inventory of black powder, balls and caps have been auctioned off.

They were the last GOEX black powder distributor in North Carolina.

Customers can still buy black powder in about 20 gun & pawn shops here in NC or can order it online and have it shipped to your door via UPS or FedExp-ground.

Regrets.
