soup maybe....But it seems a waste of an ingredient..
Then try Posole - Pork goes well with the giant (hominy) corn.

I believe I ran across a recipe where the wet corn was milled and used to make tortillas. I am a big fan of adding hominy (which it appears this product is - pelado means peeled) to Mexican-inspired soups (chili peppers, garlic, onion, pork) or stews.

Ach lad,(in my best Scottish accent) no haggis?! Are ye daft laddie?
I don’t know if you ever tried one but it does taste better then it sounds. Looking forward to one on Bobbie Burns birthday.
