Well, I can see three shotgun images and one of a bow being tillered.
From what I can see you have a Belgian-made side-by-side made after 1852 and before 1891.
It is in pretty dire condition, but might clean up well enough to grace a wall - shooting it would require some close examination by a qualified person. Looking at the length of the barrels it is what can be described as a 'fowler' and is probably in something like 12g - the 17.2 stamp is the bore size in millimeters.

Around my part of the country, Pennsylvania,those doubles are everywhere. I just looked at two the other day in similar condition and both were priced at $150.00. In the end it is worth what someone will pay for it.
