Gentlemen: new to this site. Have been a ML shooter most of my 73 years. Owned the Mountain Man in colorado for years. I have a curious rifle and don't know much about. Enfield looks. Great bore in 45 cal ( 11 mm)? Set triggers. Standard Enfield musket lock with a fly in the tumbler. Full musket length bbl. and stock. Standard musket sights. The really odd part is the lock is dated 1891. Anyone having info on this rifle please post here.
 
That sounds like a very interesting piece, some pictures would help and if they don't help it would be nice to see it anyway. :grin:
