Don’t know what ‘small quantity’ is, but for less than $10 you can buy standard 12 gauge shells in 5 and 10 packs with about 27 #4 pellets in each. Little box cutter work and you would be set. Local sporting goods store should have them. Or you could order 8lbs of buckshot for under $40 from a place like Ballistic Products.
