.This is my interpretation of what a Confederate cut down 1842 rifled musket may have looked like. It came to me as a cut down smoothbore. The 26" barrel has been lined and rifled by Bob Hoyt and has a .687 bore with three grooves, 1:72 twist. The front and rear sights, front and rear swivels and the ramrod are repro. It shoots a .686 Rapine or Moose Moulds semi wadcutter minie or a .672 patched ball. $765.00, shipping included.m
