I think somebody had already brought up that subject a few weeks ago. I remember seeing the cover for the nipple in that thread. Couldn't tell you who or exactly how long ago. :idunno:
 
I found the thread for you. It is on page four. The title is "Cheap Caplock Safety". The date of the article is 1-4-12. Take a look there. It might answer your questions.
 
I recently purchased rubber vacuum line caps at the auto parts store. Trimmed the length to fit the nipple and slid it on. Waterproof and stays in place!
