Moderators, I need help, which forum is best suited for this question?

Normally I DON'T like clean brass on my firearms. In fact, normally I try to avoid it garnishing any gun I buy.

But it just so happens that there is a definite need on a certain patchbox, and I aim to address it.

Is FLITZ a superior cleaner of brass than BRASSO?

What do you experts recommend?

I appreciate the help! - Marc

Brasso. It's inexpensive, you can buy it anywhere - gracery store, hardware store, it works.

I use Meguiar's NXT All Metal Polish (Polysh as they spell it) and it leaves it nice, use an old t-shirt rub it on with your fingers or t-shirt and wipe off. It also leaves a slight wax to it.
