So it was sold, and paid for to be held for 2 weeks until he got back in the country.
The guy had some kind of family emergency and asked for his money back.
I'm a sucker, I refunded it and wished him luck.

So back up for sale, no trade this time, as I have ordered a long rifle kit.
This Thompson was built on a brand new 1" channel Hawken .54 stock and fitted with a Green Mountain 32" barrel with a 1:66 twist, a round baller for certain. I installed a Pedersoli Ghost to replace the Lyman that came on it. The front sight is a Lyman 17A and will come with a set of Shaver inserts. I was partially done with the shaping and finish of the new sight Ghost but just was not quite done with it. It has been sighted in and is a great shooter and looker. Stock, barrel and trim is near pristine. The barrel has less than 200 rounds down it. Price is 375.00. Ground USPS shipping runs about $36.00
