Seems there are several JACO pistol plans.
If they are muzzle loading guns that use a separate cap, they are OK to discuss on the forum.
If they are cartridge guns that shoot self contained cartridges, they are NOT OK to discuss on the forum.

No! A simple search will show a .45 cal rifle and a 22/31 cal pioneer pistol in BP . And yes they use percussion caps.
